Professional Wrestling (WWE, TNA, ROH, etc)

Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

yeah i can't help but think they'll just bumble it again, but i think after all the Royal Rumble/CM Punk backlash finally got them to see things clearly so I don't seem them doing anything but giving the people what they want.

The gap between Triple H's comment about them not being cops and his attack was way too long. It actually ended up getting a laugh, given Trips' propensity for leaning on the fourth wall.

Agreed, it definitely looked like that's what he was going for at first.

I think that was the purpose of it, to raise the shock factor when he started to stomp out Bryan. HHH knows how to heel, he just chooses to play the tweener because its cooler, from what I've noticed.

I thought it was fantastic. Something that current heels can't pull off.

Also, that Wyatt-Cena video package towards the end of the show is also awesome. Given there were footage from that episode already included in the video package, their production guys sure do work fast.

EDIT: I mean this video promo:

Credit has to be given to Stephanie as well. She plays a pretty good heel herself, comparable to Vince.

Its the last day of the get the free week trial of the Network, so I did it. First thing I wanted to watch was Rock Austin at WM17....the only WM that was not available for some reason....

Jumped around from Shield vs Hell No and some ECW, pretty friggin awesome. They do recut some of the things, so instead of getting the nice and clean view of the Black Out on Bryan on that chair, we get a shaky cam one. I thought the PPVs would be worthy of the $10, so I'll probably keep it now that I finally signed up.
Opinions are my own.

I checked after I posted that and WM17 was back up, holy shit that Austin Rock match, again and again.

ah, this explains it
We've received a lot of emails in regards to PPVs disappearing from the WWE Network, only for them to pop up within a day or so. From speaking to a WWE source, it's case of WWE updating the versions they originally used to a final version - in many cases the mastered versions were for the Classics on Demand VOD channel and were edited (specifically cursing) for all audience while the Network, with parental controls, doesn't need to have the same concerns.

Can confirm "shit" was sung in the My Way video package
Opinions are my own.

That makes for a fairly solid HOF lineup.

Watched SmackDown last night...a Jawbreaker Lariat and Cena and Harper trading hurricanranas? What alternate universe did I step into?

Except that he's not. Razor Ramon is. Not only are they inducting him as Razor, they completely ignored everything he did as Scott Hall. Which is bizarre.

They probably would at least include footage of his WCW stint during the ceremonies.

well there really wasn't much of a difference. didn't vince sue WCW because Hall basically did the Razor gimmick minus the name and fake Cuban accent for the rest of his career? the toothpick, the vest, the "surfing" down the aisle, even the last half of the name of his finishing move.

Tell me a memorable Scott Hall match.
No cheating, no googling, just from memory.
I can't think of one.

Now tell me a memorable Razor Ramon match.

Ladder match against Shawn Michaels will obviously come to mind.
