I still prefer Candice. :hump:

And Mysterio-Y2J has always been a fun match to watch. I still don't know if putting the tag titles to Edge and Jericho just show that Smackdown's roster is really a weak one.

And what about 3 stages of hell? Talk about irony there. Hell? A stretcher match?!

Wasn't Candice released?

I'd say smackdown has the best roster of all the ''brands''.

Yes Candice was released. Funny how WWE just release people like that, like with no proper exit. :hump:

I saw it coming though. Like Ken (Kennedy) Anderson, she's proven to be quite injury prone and for all the attention that's paid to making the Divas division credible in terms of wrestling, the women they get to fill it are a dime a dozen. There were also rumours that her contract was up soon and that she'd be leaving wrestling anyway.

Edge & Y2J? Yes, please. Gives the weak tag team division some fresh air. When was the last time you saw two main eventers holding tag team gold? It's a very good move, IMO.

They do it every now and again. If they keep them in the tag division for a while to raise its profile, it should be a worthwhile decision. Quite often when they put the tag belts on main eventers it's just to serve a bigger storyline though, like when HBK and Cena won them a couple of years back right before they squared off in the main event at Wrestlemania.

They debuted Shaemus on ecw. I liked him since fcw. He kind of looks like an Irish pillsbury doughboy on roids. His finisher was convincing.

I also like the new Kozlov gear. I hope they let him do some more stuff with Regal. They didn't look bad together.

Guess that's it with the Edge-Y2J Team, at least for now, as Edge has torn an Achilles tendon after landing awkwardly from a leap at a house show. His recovery will take up to 6 months or more.
That sucks so bad.

Talking all wrestling though, what are they gonna say on TV? I wonder if they tell the people he injured himself at a house show or do they make up a story, like that Legacy has beaten him up so bad that they have to forfeit the titles.

I've got no idea, what was it?

Sucks for us though, we got a slump of a roster in Smackdown and ECW then we have Edge injured. What more is left for the show on Friday?

The JackTV website says we've got to "watch WWE shows" to catch the question. :|

Talk about "doing anything" for the ratings.

Glen said ticket prices for the show are skyrocketing high. During the 2005 show, only 600 bucks for the lower box.

What? I went to the Raw show. I was at Upper B and it cost almost 2000 bucks. Ringside was around 10k.

I was actually hoping one of you guys actually catch the shows on TV.

It's a huge blow, no question. I was getting sick of Edge in the main event but he and Jericho could've really raised the profile of the tag division and I wouldn't wish injury upon anyone. He won't be able to work a match but if he's healthy enough to take part in a segment where he's attacked and they can do an on-screen explanation then presumably they will but otherwise they might as well just state truthfully that he was injured at an untelevised event and have Jericho either drop the belts or pick a new partner and carry on with the original plan.

I just hope they make the best out of this, for example developing a good storyline for Jericho or/and handing the titles to push younger talent. Hart Dynasty for instance.

With wwe's overproducing of people instead of letting them find what works for them, I doubt any good will come of the hart dynasty.
I like tyson kid. Natty looks nervous all the time and david doesn't strike me as good at all.

At the moment, I'm finding it really hard to get into WWE programming. I'd really like a shakeup of announce teams, if nothing else move JR back to RAW with King and let Cole and Grisham do Smackdown. I think JR's much better suited to play-by-play and beyond the move to MyNetworkTV, there was no reason to break up the team with King.
