I havent had knee pain at all this summer, which is good, and different from what I remember with my winter 'season'.

296.2 (its a guess based on a good scale earlier in the week, the scale I have gave readings from 292 to 305 this morning.....)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jng-7uXozqghttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HR-Fs8T2O0Fat boy dunking in wet conditions
Actually, I shouldn't joke about that....I looked at the search terms that gave views to my first shirtless jiggle video....and....

I hope I ruined more boners than I gave
Also, this is 2 different dunk attempts gifed together because my body was in nearly the same exact position. enjoy the seizure.

but yes, I am coming up on a lot of RL stuff with graduate school residency next week. So I will either need to record early or late or something. Possibly seeing Jake Monday, so that might turn into something as well.

Nice dunk. Now that's new. 180' is it
I love the court actually. Surroundings and overall country feels of it. Peaceful, fresh air, and quite. Sure court condition isn't greatest but...
Sun Sep 15, 2013 5:20 am
Court condition doesn't really matter since there are no pickup games being played or anything. Its a 10' breakable rim, that is where I'm at with it
I watched all the fFf stuff today, and I think I peaked at the last week of the 'winter' season
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOSKd0XzSqsI haven't been back to that rim this summer, but everything about that feels more athletic than what I am doing now. I know today was a weird one because of the rain and slippery court, but I really need to get running and more focused on losing weight. The summer "goal" of building strength to protect my shitty knees and elbows has been met. Now I just need to take off 2-3 of these 20 pound vests I wear everywhere.

It wasn't the cleanest landing, but I really liked this week's official attempt. Getting a little fancy.

Those search terms were pretty funny. More importantly, they're proof that the world was waiting for this series!

You know my suggestion for that. Running. Lots and lots of running.
Sun Sep 15, 2013 10:05 am
yet my excuse is knees, knees knees knees, and Vermont roads with no sidewalks. I should force myself to get on the stationary bike though, no excuses for that.
I really need to curb my diet again though, been night snacking again.
Sun Sep 15, 2013 10:39 am
Yeah, those are pretty good reasons not to run. The exercise bike would be a good idea; I must admit I find them a bit tedious, I like to get out there and run, but if that's not a viable option then definitely go for the bike.
Sun Sep 15, 2013 12:07 pm
The bike should be lot better on your knees, too.
I agree that week 23 looked more athletic, but the 180 was nice.
Mon Sep 16, 2013 1:36 am
Both bike and eliptical machines are awesome. 30 minutes on it and another 30 mins on weight lifting everyday, you will find yourself 20lbs lighter in 2 weeks. That's when I had high metabolism back in the days though...
Anyways, yup. Week 23 looked nice, more power. But 180 was technically better.

recorded early this week due to grad school residency. Once I got warmed up, well, I'm proud of this week (even though I haven't seen the footage yet). I may or may not upload early/late depending on when I get time to render and edit and upload, in some kind of order.

296.4? seriously, F my scale
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pfGUs1tZd6chttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnqVioDYu-AI feel like I got some good ones down this week (recorded a few days ago), once I got warmed up, then getting tired again. I really like the 'side' one at 1:46, but fuck them squeeks. Also, no right-left dunks went down this week....they felt weirder than normal and almost like I was going to hurt myself if I kept attempting them.
Sun Sep 22, 2013 9:51 pm
Liked this week's intro, very nicely synced. Once again, good choice for the official dunk, though that one around 1:46 would have to be a close second.

That hook shot was a dope.
Btw, what is your FT%? Perhaps do a vid on Free Throws?
Tue Sep 24, 2013 8:04 am
if I did a FT video and it got more views than my dunk videos....I would just quit. taking no chances.
I'm streaky based on fatigue. I would go as far as to claim 75-80%. Get me tired though, form goes to shit, and I will actually forget my routine (2 right handed bounces, use left hand to spin the ball in my right palm, deep knee bend and shoot).
Tue Sep 24, 2013 8:13 am
How about shooting 2 freethrows for every 4 or 5 dunk attempts since even Dwight can hit 80% in practice and no risk losing views between dunks/FT. And we accumulate the stats for year end. Just a thought.
Tue Sep 24, 2013 8:15 am
I'm not planning on joining any leagues or anything to actually improve my "game", I just want to stay motivated with the jumping/weight loss

Summer finale. The Open Gym I goto starts next Wednesday the 9th, so while I could record 1 more Saturday, I think I'll leave the 40 degree (F) mornings behind and take a week off.
299.2 (I would say fuck my scale, but I ate sooooo much food this week at my residency, sooo good)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8od_Rxmv60ghttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJ47af6m13AAnd a very beautiful timelapse. I let the camera run until its battery died, just over 30 minutes.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSZ7QDU4AEwSo, going back into the gym setting, and format/goal ideas for season 3?
Sun Sep 29, 2013 12:32 pm
Lefty.

Strong finale, the one around 1:22 was probably my favourite.
Any chance of a two handed reverse?
Mon Sep 30, 2013 2:58 am
360 or GTFO
Mon Sep 30, 2013 7:58 am
define 360, any of the attempts in this week's all attempts video close enough?
Mon Sep 30, 2013 12:48 pm
Twirl on one foot like a ballerina then dunk it.

Awesome start to the season.

However, now you've got to top that.
