When i was 13/14 i mixed with the wrong badass kinda people and i tried grass about 5 times. i smoked ciggerettes a whenever i could get them, sometimes i went out of my way to get them.
Now i'm over it. It's not "cool" to smoke...you're not a man if you do, fuck that. I occasionally smoke ciggerettes, it's bad because i'm fairly athletic but i don't do it much, my last ciggerette was about 4 weeks ago (going on a record here) Last time i smoked weed was for my last birthday (last August) me and two mates camped out and smoked it up the whole night, It was fun as hell! I'd like to do it again! ...but i'm smart enough to know that that's where the addictiveness begins. First you think "oh yeah, i'll do it again, it's fun." then you do the same thing two weeks later...then again, then you start getting into the habbit every week, then you become addicted. I learned from some of my friends' mistakes.

Anyway, i voted for occasionally.

on the tobacco tip:

according to those silly yet informative 'truth' ads (i don't know if they have them outside the US) not only were there no warnings about the dangers of smoking available to smokers, there was a vast conspiracy to cover up the dangers by the tobacco manufacturers. in that sense, the smokers from back in the day have a legit right to sue those corporate monsters back to the stone age.

i smoke tobacco and i have all the info about its dangers, i have no excuse. but man do i ever look cool.

Not on billboards or TV or anything. But I see them in SLAM all the time.

I don't smoke but I have nothing against smokers just as long as they don't do it near me and affect me with their second-hand smoke which is more dangerous...
I do partly understand why smokers do it to relax and ease a little bit of their stress, I have been tempted myself to take a smoke or two during very 'stressful' occasions and the more I think about calming down, puffing a cigarette always enters my mind but I'm over that now, everytime I'm stressed or under pressure, I get into that mindset where I want to confront whatever's bothering me and get it over with kinda like 'controlled rage' ...if there is such a thing...

...as for weed...don't smoke it! mix it!..with coffee...
you'll either be a caffeine addict, a weed addict or BOTH!

Being from Northland in New Zealand and Maori, its kind of hard to avoid weed, its like the past time of most rural Northlanders. But I made the decision to avoid Marijuana and Smoking in general for my own health, if you saw my family you'd be put off for life, I'm one of two people in my family's entire history to be in my final year of school, everyone else just seems to get high, then drop out. Thats why I don't do it, and will never smoke.
