I'm not interested in making it, I just want to know how much this fool is going to pay for a website. What's wrong with the current one?
So? You could've still just PM'ed him and asked what he was willing to pay. Perhaps he doesn't want to disclose the amount in public. You don't have to PM him because you want to make it.

But at least I know what to do next time I see a Filipino I don't like, I'll just call him 'fool' and he'll trip like crazy.

It's true, I have some Filipino friends, and they seem to take "fool" very seriously, so if they hear they're being called that, hell is on the loose.
