Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

Nothing to do with athletic ability, only marketing (which explains nearly every single pick on here).
Clinton wrote:He dominated his sport more than any other sportsman.

Either you mean:
1. He dominated basketball more than any other person
2. He dominated his own sport more than anyone else dominated their own

In both cases, I'd have to find you wrong.
Clinton wrote:He is also one of the most successful in career achievements.

I wouldn't say that either.

Remember, we're talking ATHLETIC ABILITY. Not popularity created by the media.

There was a wide receiver with the Cowboys back in the 60's.He was the fastest man on the football field and he won an olymipic medal.

Bullet Bob Hayes

You must be kidding me by saying that... When Pelé went to Africa in the mid-60s to play an exibithion game there with Santos (his team), there was a war goin' on... People temporarily stopped the war to go see Pelé play...

Tales your missing my point. I'll admit Pele was the greatest soccer player of his era but, Jim Thorpe and Babe Didrickson were much more accomplished athletes.

Also I would like to hear why anyone would put Jordan in top 3.

ALI, hands down. I'm not just talking about his athletic ability. Don't forget the effect he had on the world politically when he became a Muslim.

But he stood up for what he believed in, and paid a price for it. I admire & respect that.

I wouldn't have fought in that war, either. It was stupid, immoral and had no purpose. And all the ******* politicians and military people who sent those young men to die in Vietnam should rotting in jail.

c'mon, you gotta be kidding me... suker is a washed up player, with no passing, handling or scoring skills...

while on the other hand... boban is a legend, one of the greatest midfielders europe ever saw grace the game...
