Pretty good for a first. The pen tool needs a little work, especially the glasses and ears (use the curve feature.) Also I suggest to use a slightly more saturated color than white for the reflections.

You might want to provide us with a higher resolution version of the vector next time. It's harder to see the flaws when it's low-res.
