Mine I got above is
this one. In Canada it's more pricey but I picked up for $40 bnib from Craigslist. It somehow came from opposite side of this planet, Australia, lol.
I was thinking to use my PC headset but it doesn't cover my ears enough so it gets uncomfy and hurts my ears after several minutes. So I had to get a new one anyway and this one works well, comfy, affordable, and works both for PC/PS3 & likely for PS4 as well. Cheaper ones aren't probably worth it when you think ahead down the road as you will likely want to upgrade.

Help! so I wear ties to my part time job on weekends and I just bought one that's.. well, I guess you'd call it a reversible tie. I thought it was really cool looking at it, thinking it's like 4 ties in one. They warned me it would be a final sale when I bought it. Well, I still haven't figured out how to wear it without looking like a damn fool since both ends are the same size (normally there is a skinnier end that you can hide behind the big end)
how do i tie this thing?

LoL. They make weird shits these days or maybe I'm no fashionist at all.

You deserve it for taking the cool and cheap route. Usually with a tie of the same size ends (two ties in one!) the back of each end has a holder so the other end can fit snuggly and be hidden behind the other end. But since that you have a 4 ties in one! I guess there's no holder and you're SOL. Or use a pin or adhesive tape to align the two together.

Yeah I think i've basically written this purchase off as a loss already. but I have tie clips that hold it together but it still looks weird even if they are lined up evenly because the back part peaks out a little
Wed Sep 04, 2013 3:02 pm
Tie clips are terrible imo. That's why I prefer ties with a holder sewn at the back.
Wed Sep 04, 2013 4:22 pm
That tie was ugly, anyways.
Wed Sep 04, 2013 4:34 pm
Now you're just dissin' Qballer's taste in fashion. IT WAS COOL LOOKING DAMMIT!

that's how all of my ties are, hence the confusion how to wear this one.

i have pretty much every color i want already. Was looking for a different style since I only have one non-solid colored tie.

On the same topic, I just bought a (non-reversible) Italian suit. I didn't have a dark grey one, and it looks pretty goddamn classy.
Thu Sep 05, 2013 1:48 pm
Did you buy an italian to go with it?
Thu Sep 05, 2013 7:53 pm
A French man in an Italian suit. That's as low as an azn canadien. You have my pity el badman.
Thu Sep 05, 2013 10:10 pm
el badman, I wanna see your suit. Is that weird?
Also, I liked the Qballer tie. It's disco!
Fri Sep 06, 2013 12:40 pm
It is weird.
Being tailored to my ...unusual body type, I'll have it next week. Bitches better be ready.
Fri Sep 06, 2013 12:58 pm
I can't get regular suits that fit my body type. I have to get slim fitted ones from H&M which actually worked out well for me
Fri Sep 06, 2013 1:02 pm
Yeah, I have a bit of the same problem, but it looks like "slim fit" is actually too tight for me and doesn't feel comfy at all, so the good one for me is apparently "modern fit". I tried some cheaper places first but no one had a good size for me, so I ended up at Men's Warehouse.
Fri Sep 06, 2013 2:29 pm
the last suit i got was actually a little tighter than the others... then I started working out and now it's too tight since my legs got bigger

Since we are talking about fashion, I bought a new dress, which increases my dress collection to 4. I got tickets to the new Jobs movie, which I'm going to see later today, and a new wired Xbox remote for Pc since my other one broke a while ago.

Yesterday, I got the HTC One. It's my first new phone in almost 6 years! It's also my first smartphone.

Any wristwatch amateur/collector here? I have several but they were all gifts, so I treated myself to a Bulova Precisionist this week:
Sat Oct 19, 2013 3:27 pm

Just received one today and I'm loving it. If you experience wrist/arm pain, try it out. Definitely not for gaming though.
Only problem is that it's bit too tall for my keyboard shelf on my desk. My keyboard shelf doesn't extend out far enough for me to able to use the mouse on it. FuuuuuuUuuu...
