Possible proof I only play obscure games...

This probably won't be of any interest to anyone except me, since it was one of my favourite games in my pre-NBA Live days. And it has remained one of my favourites throughout the years. I am of course referring to Pirates! (and the basically-the-same-yet-greatly-improved Pirates! Gold).

Pirates! will apparently be making a return sometime next year, this time taking advantage of 21st Century technology, but with the original theme intact.

Additionally, Defender of the Crown, a game I still own for the original Nintendo Entertainment System, is slated to make a comeback on the PS2, this time with different characters and expanded gameplay, but again with the original theme and concept unchanged.

Some of these old games can still be addictive today, so it's good to see them making a return with enhanced features. Wonder if we'll ever see a Commander Keen resurrection.

Persoanly im hopin to see a re-make of Transport Tycoon, and Transport Tycoon Deluxe
I LOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDD this game

i still play the old Deluxe version, but i'd love to see a new one, with better graphics and high tech stuff etc.
