GIF/Animation Problem

I didnt know where to put it, so i thought here.
Im having problems with FRAPS, its not letting me take movies from a music video, it will only take pictures.
Wats the prob?

Wat else could I use to cut the video up?

I already got Ulead GIF Animator, but that takes AGES to open a whole music video.

I cant do this,(im using Imageready), when i drag the GIF to the sig it just puts one frame out of the 153....

Could someone help me! PLZ!
