Definitely get the Pau Gasol lookalike out of there. I don't understand the WF on the side too, and everything looks too structured (centered, element on left and right) you should play with asymmetry.

The cropping of WF and the NO logo is bad. And cut everythin but Paul from the original picture.

I really like it but the guy on the left side ruines it all
