You should really try and provide a clearer explanation if you want people to know what you're talking about.
As for using that as a sig, I think you (or someone else) could add a little more detail to it. For example, put that on an Indiana Pacers background, and make it a little smaller.

What year were these ratings based on? Artest got an A- despite playing only a handful of games this year. I'm sure Indy wouldn't be too happy about Foster's C+
