So I looked my own name up on Google Images because I was curious about what would show up, and the first two matches were some jersey switches I did (and posted here) years ago... so I followed the link, and it lead to this thread.

I find a pic of the player I want. Cut it out, cut out the jersey to a new layer and de-saturate. Then I clone brush and smudge out the number/team name. Use the pen tool to select and colourize the jersey and trim to the correct colour. Then I take a pic that shows the number and team name of the team I'm switching to in a similar position to what I need and copy-paste + colour correction.

Then he posts my jersey switches... he stole my shit! The reason I know this is because in the image links it has my full name. (img.photobucket.com/albums/v325/JaeHatton/baron_davis_-_lakers.jpg,img.photobucket.com/albums/v325/JaeHatton/vince_carter_-_mavs.jpg) Also, the way I did it at the time was to find two guys in different jerseys in similar positions, and cut/paste the jerseys onto them not the way technical description he gave.

Anyway this made me think, has anyone stolen any of your shit? Online or offline.

Yeah, back when I actually patched (SOMETHING OF WHICH ONLY LIKE FOUR PEOPLE HERE CAN SWEAR UNDEROATH TO!) I had patches stolen.

One example. Back on dotorg some guy reposted my roster with like one FA change and two players he re-rated 99. But this was back when I hid myself on the retired team, so there was obvious proof it was my roster.

I think making public the pay-for-patches system a few people were using was better than any of that. I've never really cared about so-called "patch stealing" I never banned for it, just told the person to credit people.

I've seen many of my sigs used in other forums, without giving (and taking, at least) any credit, when I used to put them on Photobucket.
I don't know if there's any other stuff sstolen from me, and I don't wanna know, frankly.

The worst thing somebody stole was credit card number for fuck's sake. One day breast enlargement pills came to my door and couple hundred dollars were charged on my credit card. Lucky I got my money back, but fucking a hassle.

A bunch of hip hop cd's at a party, loser friends would steal change from the drink compartment of my car, bikes have disappeared, tools, clothes, even fucking silverware started to disappear one time. Two of our dogs have been stolen, but ended up at the pound. One was used for breeding, and the other was stolen right out of our yard, which I talked about before. NBA Live patches? Yes, of course.

Roster updates, though not so much these days. On a similar note, I remember ESPN was leeching off our bandwidth at one point with an article about jerseys, which linked to a preview of a jersey patch (by frAn, if I recall correctly) presumably because the author could find no other suitable picture of the jersey.

Aside from some moochers "borrowing" pens and never giving them back during my school days, I don't think I've ever had anything stolen in the real world.

Mainly tutorials I made, but an admin on the other website did know me, and did know that I posted a very similar tutorial, and asked me if that was mine, i said yes and he got banned. Btw that guy just wrote same thing with his own words, but at one tricky part he got it completely wrong, what gave him up.

If I recall correctly, my NBA Live 08 bheds and ebos got stolen and/or have been edited without my permission by some Chinese. I told him that what he's claiming is his is actually mine, and the argument went much further than it has to.

I suspect it was the houshelp of my landladylord as she cleaned the apartment. My sibling and our apartment mate are both finicky when it comes to having own personal hygiene materials, like I do.

Luckily, no one has ever stolen something from me. But somehow, it pisses me off when people borrow things from my friends and they won't return it anymore. Too bad for them, my friends know who stole their things. Don't even use the word borrow when you don't have any plans to return it.
