New Tutorials Section

The patchmaking tutorials posted in our Forum have now been compiled into a central Tutorials section, organised by game. There is also a section for General resources that apply to several games in the series as well as section for submitting new resources. If you would like to write a tutorial, please feel free to post it in the submissions section. Note that any patchmaking resources posted in other sections will also be moved to the Tutorials section from now on.
