Pinoyidol: Given the chance, I would love to and be proud of.. I'm working as Account Exec. & a basketball referee and P.A. Announcer here in Manila. But I would like to replace JAE as moderator (joke!joke!). Thanks Anyway!

1: I've been a moderator for almost as long as you've been to the forum. I know what I'm doing.

2: If you're annoyed at seeing "bad words" come from a moderator. Go elsewhere. This isn't some 5 year olds play camp. People swear, people insult others. It's just what happens on these forums. Get used to it.

3: I have more patience then you can even imagine. What I don't have, is the need to tolerate half-wits such as yourself unnecessarily bringing me into conversations that have absolutely nothing to do with me whatsoever. You have no right to do that.You don't know me, you've never spoken to me and apart from shutting down your childish NBA Live man-love I can't think of any other contact we may have even remotely come close to having.

Why should you be allowed to take a shot at me, then when I respond I'm not setting a good example? Quit being a hypocrit, quit answering things in the third person. Lose the attitude and quit being a tool.

Anyways, apologies to everyone else for this thread going off topic. If it gets any worse I'll just split the topic.

I dont know if you noticed this: "(joke)", it means that he wasnt serious about what he wrote, and dude chill out what your problem. Yeah u right people are swearing and insulting but the question is what kind of people. You cant take a critique even if its a joke. So chill out and stop bashing others because you feel insecure and grow up. The guy is doing hell of a job posting stuff and dont worry he is not gonna take your place.

Telling him that he is wrong is one thing and bashing him is the other. I do agree with you but dont like the way you did it. Hey it is a game forum, about the thing that we supossed to enjoy and not the place to leash on each other. Hey I just think u better than that. After all I dont really care, just wanna see new info as well as some vids and pics of Live 06 because the bottom line is that its the main reason I com to this forum.

So this is what Jae was referring to me this morning before I had to rush off to work. Well, better to see it now than not at all, eh?

Regarding the comment Pinoy Idol made, what reason is it that you see yourself to fit the requirments of a moderator? (Anyone give me shit about this one & I will not forget.) You post news & you're a Live jocker? That makes it all dandy and you "deserve" to be a moderator? Despite the "joke joke" comment pasted behind it, it's an obvious swipe at Jae. What's the matter with you folks? What's so difficult in seeing how much he tries & actually does for the forum? 32. something KB's a second. That's the speed of his connection. Yet this place is always spick & span. If I ever needed something to be done, I'd just PM Jae & it'd be taken care of.

Frankly I've never felt comfortable enough to talk to any moderator as a friend. Yohance was a good moderator but I never spoke to him as a friend. I can talk to Jae & Matthew as freely as I can talk to my friends from the island. It just amazes me how granted you take these guys. Am I the only one that remembers every second thread being locked during a certain period? (Although those have been buried, let them rest.) Unappreciative bastards.

Another thing I've been meaning to get off my chest, the misconception that moderators are supposed to be perfect. I don't know who came up with this idea or why it is that people continue to believe it. The other day only Filip made a comment about me being added as a moderator. His exact words were: "Oh great, now we have to flaming mods." My response ofcourse was Jae hasn't flamed in a long time, what are you on about? He says he's talking about me & Matthew. Why? Matthew calls people cunts, that's not what a mod is supposed to do.

Seriously, Andrew doesn't choose people to be moderators because they are perfect. He chooses them because the people know how the NLSC works. They've been through stuff with the NLSC and as frustrated as we might get, he knows we'll stick by it until one day we just combust due to the stupidity provided by a majority of the posters.

It's nice Tadone stood up for his fellow poster, but at the same time I don't think the poster is worthy of that support. He made quite a rude remark to Jowe yet turned around & said Jae shouldn't do it. Pathetic to say the least.

Yes, I know I am once again butting in to a conflict between a moderator & a regular poster, similiar to the case of Matthew. I can't help it these guys are a lot more..how to put it...subtle in their postings. They'll choose to try and forget it just so that it doesn't escalate to a point that Andrew has to receive shit regarding their behaviour.

Whatever anyone says, these are the best mods the NLSC has had since Yohance. Perhaps they've even overtaken Yohance by now.

Edit: Andreas, I understand your position but yeah, the thread was unlocked & I think everyone should have a chance to give their opinion on the matter. It does after all involve one of our moderators.
