Dude I think it's the media.. Shaq and Kobe are fairly close friends(call each other brothers,and they mean it). I dont think Shaq would take a shot at Kobe while he is down...

Well we won't be seeing KOBE on the Court for awhile or maybe NEVER so i think Shaq has the Official Rights to BS and not mention Kobe's name besides Kobe's name is being Juggled by the News in other topics like RAPE. And i don't think shaq wants to mess with him at the moment
