I'm surprised NBA.com didn't pull out one of their witty headlines for the story. I remember when Larry Legend announced he would not return as the Pacers' head coach after the 2000 season they used the headline "Bird flies coop". I would have thought they'd announce that "Bird comes back to nest" or something similar.
