Is it possible that a better team like Washington or Houston be able to get a top three pick; let alone the Number one pick.

It would be good if Washington replaces MJ with Lebron James.

Just remember Orlando. Didn't they have the longest odds in the 93 lottery and they won it?

yes its possible, but the teams with more wins have less chance to get a top 3 then the worser teams, but they have a chance yes

It's why Char...er, New Orleans has Baron Davis today. Back in 98/99, the Hornets of Charlotte finished with the 13th worst record in the league, meaning they had the least amount of chances to get any of the top three picks. They managed to get the third pick though, and used it to select Baron.
