Some pretty surprising stuff on Joumana's side since Jason's claims of Joumana's extreme cruelty:

The 27-page document related a series of alleged attacks in which Jason Kidd punched, kicked or choked her, once giving her a concussion by striking her with a candlestick.

She said he has admitted to affairs with numerous women "including strippers in Arizona, Sacramento, Miami, Dallas and Indiana," as well as a Nets season ticket holder, a Nets employee, a cheerleader in New Orleans, and women named "Petra" and "Lisa," according to her filing.

As part of his repeated efforts to apologize, Jason Kidd bought his wife a $585,000 pink diamond ring in March 2004 and a $555,000 diamond pendant in June 2004, according to Joumana Kidd's court papers.

She also charged that Jason Kidd had "virtually no relationship" with their children until 2005, and remained "extraordinarily self-absorbed and narcissistic," often abandoning the family for days on end to play golf.

Joumana Kidd also claimed that her husband "often drinks and gambles to excess when out with friends and teammates."

Don't know if she's lying about most of this stuff. Just might be a case of two highly violent and crazy people.

About these excerpts from her accusement, it does state that Jason did all those things but I haven't seen one thing she has done. It usually takes two to tango. I'm pretty sure that she is not all innocent on these things and has done her part to piss him off that much.

I'm not saying that sleeping around and hitting your woman is ok... But if he really was that violent, this would have erupted a long time ago... And it took her this long and all sorts of strippers and cheer leaders to finally get a divorce. Or was she just collecting ammo, so she can have all his things and get him thrown in jail to boot...

Jason already gave his side, Metsis(over a month ago). He was the one who initiated the divorce proceedings. If Jason did put his hands on her, that's uncalled for, but she's nothing but a conniving, gold-digging, high maintenance c--t.

Jason Kidd, in the kitchen..with the candlestick....this sounds Clue NBA edition...look everyone has skeletons and everyone has regrets. The true story is probably somewhere in the middle of the road. maybe slightly skewed towards one side or the other. But hey people got issues, we all do, its just a shame athletes personal lives get brought into public eye so quickly and easily. I'm not saying its right ot beat your wife, but if your neighbors had this same situation would you know about it? probably not if you werent close.
