Are you kidding me flite? That's a
horrible trade for Philly. They need to get draft picks if they are going to do a trade with such a horrible dropoff in talent. Mark Blount would be a disaster there, Troy Hudson is a middle of the road backup point guard, and Randy Foye is going to be a good player, but not good enough to make Philly even think about biting. Minnesota doesn't have the pieces to get an AI deal done unless Billy King is in a hurrry to get this done. Here are some deals I think are much more likely.

That is the only type of deal that would get BK's attention without high first rounders.
Here is the type of trade that they could do if first rounders were included to go Philly's way.

+Sacramento's first rounder
I think that's a deal both sides would have to consider. Sacramento obviously does the deal immidiately. However, Philly would try very, very hard to get Kevin Martin, and if Sacramento feels that a Bibby/Iverson/Artest trio can win them a championship they may deal Martin.
Here are some other's to throw out there.

This is one of the best deals Philly will be able to get talent wise, and Golden State probably does this deal. Imagine Baron Davis and Allen Iverson in the same backcourt though.

I throw up all over this trade, but I think Philly would be intrigued. You get a promising guy in Granger that could be lethal teamed up with Iguodala and two other starting quality players.
However, if BK is smart, he'll dump Iverson for a young guy and a pick and not look to get a good player in return, because if Philly can get him out ASAP and get a draft pick from a team that will most likely be in the 18-23 range, then they will have a top 3 pick, so Oden/Durant/Noah and a middle first round pick, along with the young guy they got for AI.
