Huge game for Ratliff against the Pacers in the Hawks 98-97 loss. He had 16 points, 14 boards and 9 blocks in 41 minutes.

That might as well increase his trade value... He's considered a has-been since the season started... He doesn't look like the same player who played for the Sixers... Has lost a step... I dunno, I got this nagging feeling, if the Hawks are gonna trade someone, it'll be Theo...

Yeah, I remember reading somewhere that the coaching staff has not been impressed by his effort this season.

I think this is an example of a player who is just in the wrong situation... Maybe Philly could try to get him back?

If they can give him away for Coleman... He would give Atlanta some cap relief...

Interesting... Coleman for Ratliff.. Philly might have to include a draft pick but I still think Ratliff would help them alot so I'd like to see them do it.

in my view, ratliff is just a clone of ben wallace (or vice versa), but theo just got better scoring ability!

The fact that Ben Wallace plays his heart out every night, while Ratliff often looks uninterested and has not been producing.

With all the injuries and lack of competitive spirit, I don't think Ratliff will be the player he was expected to be when he was selected as starter for the East in the 2001 All-Star game. Since then, it's been nothing but bad luck and disappointment for him, save a few good performances here and there.

well the dude was injured for a yr.. (thought 6ers should kept him tho)
heard rumors bout how hes playing the way he does on purpose so he gets traded (prefers 6ers), i think ratliff will be able to play like the center he once was once he leaves the team that he wants nothing to do with...

what. Ben Wallace and Ratliff similar?

Ratliff can't rebound
Ratliff is a weakside help shotblocker, Wallace is also a man-man shotblocker
Wallace plays his heart out, hustles and makes his team better
