That's not saying much.

Since i was gonna post this article anyways and it is related to the knicks I'll post it here. -

Anti-Dolan Protest Headed For Garden
James Dolan's lawyers already stopped Selltheknicks.com from peddling dunce-cap T-shirts with his likeness, but the Knicks' eccentric owner can't do anything about a draft-night protest planned for next week by the new Web site. According to the founder, known as Mr. Orange, the Web site is planning an anti-Dolan protest that will begin next Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the ESPN Zone in Times Square. The group eventually will march to the World's Most Disgraced Arena and vocally attend the NBA Draft at the Garden's Theatre. ... "Since Dolan won't give us the time of day, the protest is to get the attention of [NBA commissioner] David Stern, who will be there, and the ESPN cameras," Mr. Orange told The Post. -- New York Post

Larry Brown was just a terrible coach this season. I know the team had no chemistry, but his nagging and arguing did nothing to help them.

I'm guessing Isaiah is only an interim til they get a reputable coach for the Knicks?

Just my take on it, Brown isn't a terrible coach, quite the opposite, but his style is 180 from the kind of team Zeke assembled. I wouldn't be surprised if he has much better success on a different team...very different.

Why couldnt they find someone else to coach instead of Isaiah? Hes the one whos made all the bad decsisions so far on that team. With hiring brown and all the trades and whatnot.

Hopefully Isaiah coaching will make him realize what kind of crap he's thrown together and lead him to make better GM decisions.

to a team that doesnt have problems as the knicks did...You have to have a team to coach before you can coach.

Some are saying maybe the Bobcats?

Bickerstaff was stepping down as head coach for next season. Seattle or Portland might want to go after Brown too, considering their coaches have issues too.

Nate McMillan is one of the only good things Portland has. He doesn't have any issues. Zach Randolph and Darius Miles are just selfish whiny little bitches.

...disaster waiting to happen.

Best of luck to Isiah. (y) Maybe he can prove the doubters (including myself) wrong by having a successful year and making some noise come playoff time. Its not like they have the least talent in the league but it just doesnt seem to work down their with the guys they have.

Because our brain-dead owner thinks Isiah's a genius. The Knicks franchise is finished.

That's good news. Brown is ultra defensive coach who doesn't have a clue about good basketball

NY is the worst franchise in the NBA. The owners aren't smart, they are just squandering money every year with a team full of bad players, and the expensiest

Maybe the Pistons might sign Brown back. That would sure be awkward. Flip Saunders and the Pistons didn't exactly get along in the Finals because a couple of players complained on the lack of defense. The Pistons could also trade Rasheed and a big weight would be lifted on their shouldars.

I'm anxious to see isiah fire himself after the end of next season. Only a real genious would think larry brown is the source of the problems....cause heaven knows that the knicks were fucking winning championships before he came on board.
