NBA Finings

Couple finings recently.
One of which I think is absolute nonsense.
That is the $5000 fine to Haslem for simply taking off his jersey after getting ejected.

When you compare it to Bowens $10,000 fine for kicking Ray Ray in the back, its bullshit. Give the guy a break, if your gonna fine him, fine him for being ejected or for doing what he did with JO, not for taking his jersey off, come on mann.

Yeah, he probably took it off because he was gonna overheat beacuse of anger... what do the NBA want players to do? Overheat and die?

Fining Haslem is appropriate since the rule is in place. But it does seem very petty when compared to Bowen's fine for an infringement that's been ruled unsportsmanlike contact.

Damn dude, he's a good defender and all but this is just way beyond. It also doesn't really that's it's at least the third time he kicked someone in a game. Remember the ninja kick on Szszszszszcerbiak.. :shake:

anyway, if you kick a player, there outta be suspensions. The spurs get away with too much dirty play, and pretty much all they get is small suspensions. I mean, Manu's flopping all over people and what does the NBA do? Slap on the wrist and $5000 fine. "oh hold on, let me get my pocket change out."
