I wish I had found something sooner as I am really into making NCAA jerseys. If somebody uses photoshop, the gradient map tool is an excellent aid for making jerseys even more accurately with black and white images.

Here are my last five teams I've made for NBA Live '98:

and on topic, I don't really like the b&w jerseys, but I would definitely buy a Iguodala Arizona jersey if they had it.
