Is it just me?

Like real basketball, as well as basketball video games? Talk about the NBA, NCAA, and other professional and amateur basketball leagues here.

Is it just me?

Am I the only one who can't stand having to watch a game on the opposing team's network? The commentators are so biased, and so annoying I have to mute the TV to shut them up.

Maybe I'm just annoyed that my team is losing. :x

Get over it. It's their job. Would you want your local commentators to be saying "Kevin Garnett clearly fouled him there..." or "A little contact but no whistle, good call by the refs to keep the game going".

Actually, the Timberwolves commentators do that. They are probably the most un-biased commentators in the league. It's a shame Tom Hanneman is such a bore, though.

It wouldn't bother me. I enjoy TNT, ABC and ESPN broadcasts the best.

Lakers had the most biased commentators ever, when they were winning and those guys worked for ESPN......that was annoying.

The Bucks commentators lick balls

Ralph Lawlor is better. He's the funniest commentator I can think of.

I listened to Fox Sports Net New England and I'm not too sure if they're the home-team broadcasters for the Celtics, because if they are, then I definitely feel sorry for them. They'd make a 5 word sentences every 20 seconds.

It does get a bit annoying on those broadcasts even if you aren't a fan of either team that's playing but it comes with the territory. That said, I hope Bill Walton won't be commentating on this week's Spurs/Lakers game that's being shown here. If he mentions the power bars story one more time I'm calling for his job. :shake:

I remember watching the 81 point game again over a friends house and it was the broadcast with Raptors' commentators. The whole game they were talking about how he is selfish and how bad his shots were.

stuff like...

"And Kobe throws up another HORRIBLE shot...he makes it. Even though he made the shot as you can see he has poor shot sleection and should learn to pass more."
