Bogut or Frye or Villanueva

Postby AI2 on Wed Feb 15, 2006 10:25 pm

Who is better Bogut or Frye? Frye gets more ppg but he gets more shots than Bogut but he trails Bogut in every other catagory except for FT%, so who do you think is better?Or is Villunova better [sorry not in poll]?

I'd rate them in this order:
Bogut, Villanueva & then Frye....

this factors in potential, work ethic & how I think their careers will pan out....that being said, can't imagine any of those 3 being stars....

CV > Bogut > Frye
CV will be the biggest 'star'
Bogut will have more (team) success
Frye will be the Ewing kind of guy

you think frye will be as good as ewing? ewing was one of the best centers ever and frye might not even make an all-star team

I think Bogut will be the best player, followed by Charlie, then Frye.

Bogut gets the edge over both of them because he can play centre and he seems more polished overall.

Charlie and Frye are similar, but Charlie's a better passer and has longer range

charlie has star potential...i can just see..
bogut seems really polished....but charlie's potential seems better
frye could be like mcdyess in detroit

right now charlie has the tools to be a star(he is really athletic)....but it is his work ethic and attitude which dropped him to a 7th pick

CV is very versatile. He can play SF, PF, C. He can shoot the 3, a good mid range shot, and a pretty good hook shot down low. Bogut and Fry are also talented but CV is more talented.

wtf?!? his perceived lack of work ethic & attitude was suppose to drop him to a mid-1st Round pick at best....it was his size, tools & potential that got him pick so high....that & the fact that Frye didn't want the Raptors to select him....had Frye have allowed it, Villanueva would have not gone before the Raptors #16 pick....I'll give Charlie his props, he looked pathetic in college, but he seems to have used all the jokes as motivation to spur his game forward a couple of notches....

Bogut's my choice needless to say, but Frye and Villanueva are promising big men as well.
