King Of the Post?

Postby mark_30_112 on Mon Feb 06, 2006 5:03 pm

Shaq is getting old and all but I still think he is king on the paint.

With all that weight and power he gets to the hoop with no worries (at least most of the time).

What do you guys think? Who's the best in the Post?

Yeah mate I agree with ya it was just a quick job in paint.

You can do a better one then that if you want for me.

But get off the subject of that...

I'm going to have to get that done for you...

Do you care what Jazz player (notice singular: one player) I put on the sig?

And yeah, Shaq. Duncan when healthy. Jermain O-Neal. All right at the top. I'll probably give it to a healthy Duncan though. Maybe Amare. ;)

Shaq....his game is all in the post. Others play the midrange game too much.

Andrew!....no one can ever reach his post count...not while he's still alive that is....

On a serious note, Shaq. Maybe Amare in the near future

Darko!

OH... you said post play, not bench play....

Shaq, at least for the next year or two, then I would say Amare.

I had a feeling that was gonna come up as soon as I saw the thread title. True though.

My vote goes to Shaq. I don't get how just because he's not a 20-10 guy this year (because you know, 19-9 is just terrible) he's heading for washed-up status and no longer a beast in the paint. He's slightly past his prime but he's capable of being a force down low.

Amare Stoudamire when healthy. Everyone saw what he did to Duncan in last seasons WCF.
