He was injured a few times and that really made his career spiral downwards.

Option 4: A shadow of a player that dominated college and hs, yet didn't live up to an ounce of it in the NBA.

As Colin said, he never became the player he was expected to be but he did have a few good years in the NBA, made the All-Star team in 1994 and when healthy was an above average point guard in the league. I can't imagine he'd be too explosive these days though.

Well, thanks for the opinions. But I would like to know, what style does he play? What are his strenghts? Cause from the stats I can tell that he was defenetely a star in 1994, when he was 2nd n assists in the entire league.

I'd liken his style to Marbury in a way, though Marbury has long since established himself as the superior player in that comparison.

Well I finnaly saw him yesterday, and what I saw can say that he has a wonderfull ball handling ability and great passing skills. Even though he didin't play uch, cause he arrived only on wednesday and had only 1 practice with the team. But I like him. By the way, there are romours that Zalgiris are gonna sign K. Kittles. Then think we could go all the way to the final four.

I think it's a sign you're getting older when you can remember a time when Kerry Kittles was considered a significant part of the Nets' future...or for that matter, SLAM's bold prediction that they'd be champs by 2001 (Count on it).

The last thing I remember about him was back when he was part of the KKK with Kenyon and Keith in the Nets.
