What is the best move ever. Any thing a block , dunk , layup , steal , assist anything . Is it MJ's switch hand layup , Manute Bol's 4 consecutive blocks , one of Shaq's dunks that broke the backboard or something else?

I'd say Dr. J's floating reverse lay-up. If you don't know what I mean, you should be ashamed.

jason kidds pass off the backboard from behind the 3pt line at full speed, during a fast break that jimmy jackson or mash who were behind him caught and dunked it.

There's some classic stuff too, I don't think there's movies though.

I dont think the Amare dunk was the best. Scripted and for Nash, or someone who played soccer (like myself) heading the ball with direction is not that difficult.

I personaly don't think that is the best but forget about nash amre had to get a perfect pass of the glass to hit nash in the head.

michael jordan's up and under on three nets defenders
it might sound easy but you have to take a look at it, it's sheer brilliance -- probably the greatest demonstration of his hangtime

Forgot about that one.

Jordan's switch-hand against the Lakers isn't up there for me because it was unnecessary. No one contested his shot.
Dr. J's was it, because there was NO other way he could've scored that basket.
But Vince Carter jumping over Frederic Weis is still the most bananas thing I've ever seen on a basketball court. I still can't believe it happened...

Anyone saw the MJ switch reverse layup against New Jersey years back? I remember seeing MJ jump and dodged 3 defenders near the basket and layed it in... simply amazing.

isn't that the one j.23 was talking about. Also I did see it.

In a all-star rookie game Jason Williams was running a fast break and wrapped a behind the back pass from his left hand to the and bounced it off his right elbow back left again perfectly to a cutting Raef LaFrentz...who spoiled the assist by not making the basket.
There was also that time Scottie Pippen was playing against Kukoc in the Olympics, and was pissed because Jerry Krause wouldn't give Pip a big contract because he wanted the money for Kukoc. Scottie was on a break with Kukoc in the middle and flipped a lob pass (i think it was behind the back) and jumped with his next step, caught the ball he just passed mid-air and laid it in to the hoop with the other hand. Only time i ever saw Pip showboat like that in a game. That guy had some _serious_ hops when he was young.

The elbow pass

It's surprisingly easy to do, but I doubt anyone would even think of trying it in a game situation. Raef is a tool, he should've stuffed it on someone's head.
Anyways mine would be the Lister Blister, Kobe's dunk on Dwight Howard (unlike Vince Carter, it wasn't a foul), Jordan's baseline move and dunk on Pat Ewing, anything Andrew Bogut's ever done and random selected Dr J/Bob Cousy highlights.

MJ on the Nets
Jordan¡s baseline move and dunk vs Knicks
Dr. J vs the Lakers
Sun Jan 08, 2006 5:00 pm
a recent one would be -*carters dunk on mourning....
i think the best is mj repeatedly harassing kobe in the 98 allstar game or mj just fooling 2 knick defenders and dunking over ewing....

Yao's triple fake move.
