His dunks are both effortless and with so much effort. The guy can't jump, but he sure can dunk :?

It looks real. It even has him in his hospital bed. Poor guy. I hope Yao Ming can help him.

He's got a tremendous height advantage, and I'd say that's about it. Without the agility or talent of a Shaq or Yao, he's just a tall basketball player; not a great one.

if he can run up and down ( with professional trainers ) i think he can.. and stop and catch the ball.. i think he could be effective..
well he won't be effective.. but i mean.. he will be effective enough for some nba team to give him a try

He DOES NOT have a brain tumor he suffers from a tumor pressing aginst his pituitary gland. VERY different. While located in the head the pituitary gland is not in the brain. It is a common cause for Gigantisism, like the giant in the movie Big Fish. While rare many people over 7 feet tall before the age of 20 suffer from this disorder.

Its the same disease/disorder that Pavel Podkolzine found out that he had a few weeks before the 2003 draft, when it was a possibility that Toronto could've drafted him after LeBron, Carmelo and Darko. We got Chris Bosh instead. I'm not complaining.

just because he is tall, doesnt make him good. in my basketball league there is some tall as shit lanky guy (probly around 6"7-7", im not sure though)
but he is terrible... im about 6"1 and i was grabbing rebounds in front of him...
