His contract with clevland is over, in which team you think he will play or will staying in clevland? I'm thinking that he will stay in cavaliers coes the manager of that team is his good friend.

At the moment I'm predicting he'll eventually re-sign with Cleveland after testing the free agent waters.

Yeah he's pretty comfortable in Cleveland, I remember an interview with him last year or so he mentioned he wanted to stay in Cleveland his whole career and finish there. But people change...
Preparation will only take you so far. After that you've got to take a few leaps of faith.

He seemed to sour on Cleveland towards the end of last season, but they can still offer him the most money and if not for the firing of Silas and the late season meltdown they would have been in the playoffs. In my opinion, remaining in Cleveland is his best option at least until a more appealing scenario comes up.

Is a max-contract probable from the Cavs?

It depends. As I just posted in the Michael Redd topic, thinking back to the situation in 1996 with Alonzo Mourning, Juwan Howard and the Miami Heat, it might not be possible for Cleveland to re-sign Ilgauskas and sign Redd to the deals they're seeking.

Therefore, the Cavs are losing a big man to get a shooter. Big men are rare in the NBA, and they could easily get role player to do what they want Redd to do for them so, Andrew, I agree with you on this. If the Cavs can't get both back, they are better off keeping Z. After all, a big man is always an ingredient of any contender.
