Holy God... Retro

Just wanted to boggle slack-jawed at Magic Johnson... Someone over at the RealGM boards posted a link to a video...

http://s36.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=3KVY ... U79RYEXFK4

This is all about the Lakers of the '86-'87 title team but it has a damned lot of Magic doing terrible, TERRIBLE things to people. Sometimes if you haven't seen something for a while, you forget a little. Holy mother of freaking God.

Lebron has NOTHING on that man's passing skills. One can draw a comparison but Lebron is a pale shadow of Magic Johnson...

A moment of respect for Magic...

LeBron still has the time to develop his passing skills and besides he plays more of a scoring role.

Having said that, Magic was absolutely amazing.....an 80ft bounce pass is a hard thing to do.

Nice video, bad music but it adds to the 80's, lol. Gotta love those no looks and bounce passes by Magic! There's a lot of one handed James Worthy and Byron Scott dunks

Thanks, man. I post mostly at the RealGM.com boards, where I do articles and such for various teams and the WireTap, so I always forget about these boards (), heh.

I'll try to come more often.

Traveling is rarely called; ever seen Steve Francis dunk from halfcourt?

It's great; he takes seven running steps and then dunks. I wish someone would hit him really hard...

One of my highlights of the Olympics was looking at the faces of USA players after they take 5 steps, throw down a flashy dunk, beat their chests and then get called for travelling by some referee who actually knew the rules
