Just a little question, does anyone know if he is an unrestricted free agent or if he is a restricted free agent? I can't find a website that tells me what he is. I think he is unrestricted but I'm not sure.
Thanks in advance.

He's restricted. Anyone who was drafted in the first round and is still under his rookie contract is restricted.

But he isn't under his rookie contract, he signed a one year minimum deal in the off-season.

Could someone tell me what the difference is between restricted/unrestricted free agents? I've heard of it, but I never figured out what the difference was.
