Miami at its lowest point of the season?

Postby 8-Hype on Mon Apr 11, 2005 4:51 am

WTF? 3:45 left in the 3rd quarter... Miami has 44 points. What a shame. They seem to be at their lowest point of the season, but why exactly at the end of regular season? They've lost many games recently, including Charlotte and Memphis.

They came back, but Wade just fouled out. Down by 9 with 4 minutes left. They got to within 6 or so.

but it doesn't really matter.. at this point..
cuz they clinched the east already..
it's important to maintain healthy... but not to get injured.
however.. it seems that they cant win without shaq..

You are right but a team needs to go into the playoffs with some positive momentum not a losing streak.

Mourning played pretty good but he had some bad spots. He also airballed a 2 foot jumphook. :?

Eddie Jones, Zo and Haslem were the only miami players to step up today.

Wade and Damon Jones had 'terrible' games by their standard

it was good to see the 2 miami veterans step up their leadership roles EJ got the points Zo got the rebounds and blocks

How about you actually watch Wade play

Wade fouled out in 21 minutes of play, with 5 points, 1-6 shooting, and 4 turnovers, wow, that's just terrible. I think he had a streak going of double digit scoring games too...

+ Detroit was the NBA champion..their defense was real tough..
So it won't take just wade, jones+ Shaq-less Heat to beat Detroit..
It requires whole team effort..
