funny shit (charlotte beats miami lmfao)

Postby ShivaSquad on Sun Mar 27, 2005 2:14 pm

wow this is pretty DAMN funny... haha. miami wants the best record in the league to get home court advantage in the finals (if they make it there)... and so every game matters. after the phx loss to miami, miami could take over the #1 but they lose to charlotte lmao... 94-92. this game actually does matter for the miami heat season... and its funny how they lost to charlotte

Wow, I just read the nba.com recap, that is pretty funny. Sounds unlike Wade to go for a 3 when a 2 would have tied though. :\

WOW, that is not really funny if you were a Heat fan but it's crazy they lost. I guess when Brezec scores 27 it goes down in the books as a W.

Sometimes bad/struggling teams have great games - Phoenix have lost to Utah and recently Golden State. The Heat have a fairly good road record though, it's not impossible for them to still secure home court advantage throughout the playoffs.

We had ONE bad game, so what??

Every team loses once in a while, plus the Bobcats NEED to win sometimes...

Wow, it surprised me that Flash did not know the score, WTF???

Even Zhi Zhi Wang played 7 minutes, give Miami a break. :x

Did he reallly not know the score?

It's true though, all the best teams lose to the worst every once in awhile. Lakers lost to Atlanta last year.

Then, with a chance to tie it at the end of regulation, Dwayne Wade foolishly attempted a 3-pointer from the corner instead of looking for an easier shot.

His miss had the Bobcats celebrating all over the court, while the Heat filed off the floor in shock as Eddie Jones was in Wade's face lecturing him that the final shot did not have to be a 3.

``He simply did not know the score,'' Heat coach Stan Van Gundy said of Wade. ``He was the only guy who did not know the score.''

lord , dwayne needs to open his eyes everyonce in a while , but it was probably a mental lapse , normal for everyone . plus do you think he would actually look at the scoreboard before he took the shot , i think he was to busy concentrating on the freethow and missing it that he forgot the score.

They just about on par with most expansion clubs and they've been playing well as of late. Like I said, sometimes bad teams overachieve, sometimes the top teams have bad games and lose games they really should win. Perhaps it's one of those losses the Heat will look back on if they don't finish #1 and say "Boy, we should have won that one!", but it doesn't diminish what they've done this season or suggest they'll stink in the playoffs or anything like that.

How come Ive never seen you play, or are you the Heat's South American Rookie scout.

The Heat loss cause of cockiness, it happens.....but of course when you have Shaq on your side it increases it to a whole new level....I just hope it doesnt infect Dwyane Wade too much.

Charlotte has a two game winning streak :). And Knight is averaging 13.4 assists a game over the last five games. They're really getting better somehow.

It's because their season's already over they know they have no hopes for anything so there's no pressure on them so they're more relaxed and it's easier for them right now. They beat Sacramento, Detroit and Miami...

you think what happend to wade was bad . me in a rec game , my team was up by 1 with 2 seconds left , they fouled us so we were shooting free throws. i thought my team was down , so when opposition got rebound i auttomatically fouled their best shooter. we lost by 1 :( :(
