Pretty slow game at the half down there in Louisiana.
The Spurs win it 48 - 40.

In the mid 1st quarter J.R. Smith failed a 360 dunk against Parker but later redeemed himself by dunking a SICK alley-oop pass by Dickau.

Chris Andersen has 2 blocks and 1 goaltended shot by Nesterovic. I hate him. And he has a new tattoo. Real ugly, Cherokee Parks kinda thing.

Duncan quietly leads the Spurs with 10 points, 3 rebs and 3 dimes.
Dan Dickau has 7 pts, 4 rebs and 4 dimes.

I hope the pace of the game increases. :P

(After making points, J.R. Smith does this strange things with his hands, I don't understand that.)

He crosses his hands or something. It's like making a bird :? Oh, it's something like Swift does after his dunks. (Y)

It's been a block fest. There's been like 20 blocks combined.

you mean the birdman bird call?

the "flap wings" which you have your hands cross at the thumb and your cross your thumbs together and flap your fingers?

if it is, what horse shit. that's chris andersons, not his. i don care if there teammates, it'll be like q and dmiles... stupid (if they were still on the same team, it'd be cool)

Since it was shown on ESPN Pacific Rim, I saw this one. I actually didn't mind the pace in the first half. JR Smith and Chris Andersen's ariel exploits kept things interesting, as did the back and forth battle. Once the outcome became "academic" my attention waned a little.

I think the Hornets can be a really neat team.....similar to the Denver Nuggets of current in terms of excitement and "explosiveness"....but two players they prolly have to move our r Baron Davis n Jamaal Magloire.....their not gonna be the type to wait for like 2-3 years before the youngsters develop.

I think the Hornets could use some size....so maybe use B Diddy to get a star quality low post player and use Magloire to get like 2 motivational veterans (y)

Man, J.R. Smith (my favourite for winning the Dunk Contest) did an amazing break-away jam at 3:00 left in the 4th... looked really oldschool, and somehow reminded me of Terence Stansburry's 4th dunk in the 1985 Dunk Contest.
