Hello again ppl...

I not sure if this belongs in here.. but i'll post it here anyways!

I got this dumb christian studies assignment on world views... and so i decided to do it on Michael Jordan cause teacher siad do it on someone whos changed the views of the world. Of course, IMO MJ has changed many things and made such an impact.

QUestions such as wat drove him to acheive what he achieved and his views on life and stuff seem interesting. Now its just up to me to find heaps of links to this information and maybe the general knowledge of the NLSC members could help me in this task.

Please people, if u know of if MJ did believe in christianity and stuff, please tell me and could anyone give me any links. My comp is screwing u pand i cant use search engines so i need some help form u guys if its ok. Giving me some general knowledge of MJ's past would be helpful.

Like answering some of my querires like how did he affect the sporting industry, along with the world and how the world views/ed him...

Andrew, i know that ur a huge fan of his airness so I'd like to ask for some oif ur brialliant IQ i nthe subject to be shared with me and maybe everyone will learn something new. Once i get my crieteria sheet, i'll post some more questions.

Thanks! Sit

lol do your own homework :x

if you can't use search engines, then go to a library and do a google search on jordan, david faulk, nike. i think that's your best bet to find relevant material on the impacts he's made

as far as his passion or what drove him to succeed- find one of them biographies done on jordan.. like playing for keeps. some good stories there not only on him but on bird and other nba greats

you should find more then enough information to write 5 papers

Yeah man... but i dunno if he was an avid christian!

When he first retired, he said he had already achieved anything and he was a god in his sport.... thats the main focus of my peresentation...

I've never actually read anything about Michael Jordan's religious beliefs, but as far as his impact on the world, he had a pretty huge influence on the global economy. From the period 1984-2002, he had the most impact of any athlete on the economy, generating billions of dollars of revenue for not only the Bulls, the NBA and basketball in general, but also through all his sponsorships and endorsements. This book has more details on that.

I don't think anyone not named Dwight Howard or KevC is as extreme as The Admiral.

I think that was an uglyness issue, rather than a religious one.

Mike is religious enough for a normal man of the modern days, there are many references to this in his own words and actions.

Winning 97-98 meeting Jackson right after the victory they hugged and Michael said, like a child, "I have faith I have faith". Jackson replied, like a father, "yes you do". It had enough influence on him for sure.
