Miami Heat Pre Season Impressions

Has anybody seen the Heat play? It'll be interesting to see if the supporting cast will be any good.

I wonder, I read that Eddie Jones playing well or not will be very important as to how the Heat will do this season. I wonder about Jones, he seems too relaxed and not motivated enough to really up a level. And thats what they need from him, to play on a higher level, hit big shots etc. He didn't do too well in the last playoffs....
