I'm not sure if that particular link has been posted before, but Patricia's site is fairly well-known (or at least it used to be).

There's clearly a youth movement in the NBA - not a single team with an average age higher than 29. It wasn't so long ago that quite a few teams had an average age in the 30s; during the 90s, these were actually some of the best teams.

That's old...I'm pretty sure the youngest team now is the Heat and the oldest is the T-Wolves.
