Which team or teams do you all think had the most changes?? which teams had the most changes for the best??

For me its between the Lakers and Orlando!
If Kobe meshes with the newcomers theyll be the shiznit
Same with Steve and the Rookies

Even if Kobe meshes with the new lakers, they wont be better. Shaq is still Shaq, Lamar Odom can't replace his dominance.

Denver got alot better, as did houston (on paper, still very curious to see if tmac and yao play well together) and phoenix did get better than they were at the end of the season, but considering they traded marbury for the cap room they used on nash, they could be alot better right now.

Biggest loser: New Jersey.

I'd say Lakers and Magic have had the most change this year.

A lot of teams this year are trading and people coming in, I think it's a little crazy this year :)

It seems like a lot of players are coming back to teams they first played for, a la Divac (maybe he's the only one) but is it good that these players are returning to their teams they first played with?

I agree with James; it is crazy with people going out and coming in.

Lakers took a HUGE step backward....

Jazz came up huge by getting Okur/Boozer.

Nets killed themselves! lol

The Nuggets have indeed upograded themselves to a definate play-off appearance!

The Rockets sort of got better by accquiring a 1-2 puch in Yao-T-mac and then getting a solid 3rd option in Howard. But they need a PG!

Pistons resigned Sheed and picked up Dice- bringing in that Delfino fella and will put Darko on the court...they must have gotten better and look set to defend their crown!
