If he signs elsewhere, my guess is Miami. However, my early prediction is that he will opt for retirement.

Miami would be a better choice than La or Sa.He would be on the bench in SA unless TD wanted to be center and Mailman take the 4.Thats not happenin though

Nothing is wrong with that...Duncan is a center to me anyway, he got the body of one. When Malone comes out first, Duncan can go back to PF and Rasho plays the C.
Or you can have Malone off the bench coming in for Rasho and putting Duncan at the C for a little.

Well, Malone will not make a decision until the end of summer, or even right before the start of training camp. I think he will see which team he will fit best with. Most likely he'll wait and see what Miami does to improve their roster. Right now, Miami does not have what it take to win the championship.

At this point SA will provide a better opportunity for him to get the ring...however, the question is will he sacrifice a starting position to play for SA. So for now, it will be a waiting game for Malone.

i think he should go to SA, better chance of winning it than miami.. even tho they do have shaq.. SA can defend better than miami and they have more scorers than miami as well; i think he'd fit into their system well

I'd like to see Malone back in Utah for his final season. Purely for nostalgia purposes. I'm a Lakers fan, but it still seemed weird not seeing him wear a Jazz jersey... they've changed theirs, so it'll still seem weird but I think their team would be pretty competitive. If not loaded with too many PF's.

He wasn't really welcomed when he played last year with the lakers in Utah. I think we will never see malone in Utah again.

If he had to go to one team i guess it will be miami but not for a starting job. I hope he won't do a season a la pippen though. Maybe he should just retire.

Karl will return to LA if it isnt about money. But his best option would be to go to the Spurs...

Well wat would u do if u were him?

a) Stayed in Utah for two more seasons and beat Abdul-Jabbar's total points scored?

b) OR do wat he is doing and try to win a ring to cap off his career?

a.
He had his chance but didn't win. I don't like him but he deserved a ring but not like that. If he should get one it was back then with stockton.
What's the point of doing this? So he can say i got a ring, didn't do much but i got one. Yeah, great.

Even if he stays wit LA
he's not gonna get his ring.It apparently wasnt meant to be.He should just go somewhere that he can break the scorin record.I woudla said Utah but they replaced him already

retire i think
but if he DID sign with MIAMI, i really like their chances in the east.

we didnt really see pistons defend malone, since he was on the bench.

i personally dont like malone, but i will admit that he finds ways to score

Is that true? They gave Malone a standing ovation in Utah, did they not? He's one of the most respected people there, right? I don't remember if he was injured or not, but he went there, and fans loved him even though he was a Laker.

you know why duncan is a two time mvp? even though he struggles he still does the other things to make his team win.. rebound, block shots, pass the ball etc.. and by better scorers im saying that san antonio have way more people that can kill you compared to miami.. miami only has 3 proven scorers in dwyane wade, eddie jones and shaq.. who does san antonio have? duncan, ginobili, parker, brent barry, horry and im even gonna say bowen because people live him open all the time assuming he's not an offensive threat (remember two years ago when the lakers played the spurs in the playoffs, kobe left him open so many times he hit 7/10 three pointers and finished with 27 pts )..

that would be an awesome starting lineup, but Butler & Grant might start because of the age factor... vlade & karl are OLD... with a capital O.
