Look at the east man! The last 3 teams are under .500 and still making playoff. :?

I think this year the west will just man handle the east when it comes to the final.

The west has dominated the east for the passed 5-6 years mainly with there size, but in the next few years all that will change when the high draft picks swing east making them the power of the nba. Thats how it was in the 90's till draft picks went west, thats just the way it go's, ok so the east is really really bad this year but injuries to key player and trade has made things worst. imo 5 years down the line and it will be the east that rules the nba.

Actually things started to change when shaq left for la, then when mj retired and sacramento got webber it was pretty much done. However, i dont think things are as bad as people make out... the east has probably 3 teams that can compete in the finals.. so its not like it will be a sweep for whichever team emerges from the west

True the east does have a few teams that could fight it out in the finals but iam taking about the general balance of the nba i.e the east has maybe 4 teams that could go to the finals while the west has at least 6.

yeah your right about Shaq and MJ which i forgot to mention but you get the picture.
