I hope they waive the rule and let Desmond Mason back in after he had his award stolen last year...yeah...let's give Jason Richardson two 50's for the exact same dunk he did a couple times the year befpre (of course...the dunk contest has a history of this...*cough* 1988 *cough*)
They gave Richardson a 50 for that last dunk...yeah...whatever...if I can do it on a 8 foot hoop it's not a 50
but extend your arm to the maximum length, then bring it back between your legs and dunk with your weak hand after taking off from where Jordan did for his "free-throw line" dunk...yeah...that's a 50...

That dunk was in the first round..

I'd like to see someone perform a 360 after throwing the ball off the backboard. I can't remember anyone performing this dunk in any NBA dunk contest; I think it would get a high score.
I'd also like to see existing dunks taken even further. The free throw line dunk has become a bit stale. Perhaps someone could take off further back, or spice it up some other way
How about a windmill from further out? Or a windmill with a couple of revolutions before slamming it through?
Between-the-legs dunks have also become more common. Desmond Mason managed to make it look fresh by taking off from further out, and J-Rich performed one off a lob from himself. How about between-the-legs 360 (or close to a 360)?
The 540 and 720 dunks are also there, but only the best leapers could pull them off and make them look good.

two handed from the free throw line maybe
a double wind mill, or when spinning your arms for the windmill instead of going forward make it backwards, anyone get what I am saying?
For the reverse windmill thing you'd obviously have to stop it before it flys up, that's harder then a regular one. I think what was meant was that you'd bring the ball out and up in front of you then swing it around, and before it flys out of y hand turn your hand so that's the ball's under it and it's force will keep it in your hand long enough to dunk.flip_wun wrote:um, maybe i'm imagining it wrong, but wouldn't that make the ball go up to the rim and then out upward instead of going into the rim?
one dunk i'd like to see is a self oop bouncing it on the floor hard enough to get it to bounce back off the board and then a pump and then the dunk.
