Damn Marshall's solid. Remember how solid he was back in Utah? Many solid double doubles. Raptors now have some depth. They should be solid, if they keep up the solid performances. Baxter too, is solid. Rose's solidity is limited though, but as a unit the Raps should from now on be solid.

(y) Solid.

Well I wouldn't go that far Old School Fool. I would say that Vince and Jalen are in fact soft. They are placid defenders.

Some of the Raptors success of course has to be attributed to Alvin Williams. Was that his first game back Raptor fans? They lack a big guy inside some people say, but the rest of their starting five could be considered big, or adequate if they start Williams at PG, Carter at SG, Rose at SF, Marshall at PF.

Old School Fool, just out of curiusity, what is 'old school' to you? Is it 1999? Is it the NBA lockout, Destiny's Child, Backstreet Boys, and preparation for the milleneum bug? If so: LOL

Signature suspension??? LMAO!!! Old School Fool, I think you've set a record!!

*cough* on topic...
The Raps with another good win, and 105 points this time. Marshall again, was solid. Rose isn't scoring much but he ain't shooting either. Vince carter, again had double figures in assists. Looks like the (C)Raptors may finally become the Raptors. :P

wow, the new lok raptors scored 105 vs. te Celtics tonight with 17 3pointers. Nice job by the Raptors, they really taking advantage of the trade they made. Marshall had anther good game with a 21points. I think its safe to say Raptors are making the playoffs this year now. (Y)

Have you watched a Raptors game this season? Vince is a very "solid" defender. He's come up with some huge plays defensively this year.

hell yeh, jalen is a soft defender. that may even be a compliment for him. he may very well be one of the only players who still play defense with their hands down at their sides

Well looks like I've offended some Laker...er, Raptor fans. I'm starting to confuse the two. None the less, my apoligies go out to the Raptor fans for my insensitive comments.

It's all right Stevan, I'm glad you have enough sense to just move on instead of starting some major flame war...BTW, what's your favourite team? :)

hehe, no problem. I'll tell John later this afternoon when we meet up to discuss Michael's return. (y)

The sensitivity levels of both are fairly similar. Of course nobody has to agree, just an observation. You have the ability to prove me wrong (y)

Maybe it's because more criticism is focused on the Lakers and Vince Carter than most other teams...
