As good as is might be for "world peace" (hey, conflicts are only fought in the non-western world anyway - but that is another topic), nobody is giving a shit about the fact, that the North Korean regime is treating its population like shit.
But then again this is not the only country having formal oder trade relationships with the USA (and maybe later on the EU) that is ruled by an dictator and should be considered an autocratic police state.
As an outsider (living in a country that could be considered one of the most loyal to and dependend on the US), I cannot stress enough how poorly the States are ran right now. Trump is ridiculous.

Kim Jong Un being educated in West realizes well how media plays an important role in western or its influenced nations. Inviting and befriending Rodman was a nice little chess move by Kim to show the world that he's actually attempting to 'talk' and this was when hypocrite western medias were crying NK is not open to any dialogue as if West was trying. Rodman of course was ridiculed as 'talk' wasn't in US administration's agenda but vilifying was.
Nobel prize mostly are for the show and used for political purposes. Funny Rodman actually deserves it over a lot of winners from past.
THX TO DOPE-JAO FOR THE SPECIAL SIG! <3
