Garnett really doesn't get enough attention and it's obvious by him being non-existant on the All-NBA teams.

But in those days, there wasn't as much defense applied and everything was run and gun so it's really tough to compare those players to today. Different playing styles altogether.

Let me ask you a question: Can I rightly say I am a genius because I can do now what others could not 20, 50, 100 years ago? Greatness can never be weighed or judged directly relative to past or future only to its circumstance; I can't say so and so knows everything einstein knew and then some, and therefore is smarter... the same is true with basketball.

Stats arent everything when we're comparing players from totally different eras of existance. The nba game was totally different then. Totally.

I'm still trying to figure out how you find out stats about how good of a dribbler he is.

Unless of course you have stats that include a 100pt game, 55 rebounds, 55pts in a half, and 50ppg for an entire season. They had to change the rules of the NBA just for him, such as widening the key, because it was one a key. I dont care what era you played in, stats like those are untouchable.

This guy has stats that are so rediculous we cannot call any center today better than he was. He was twice as dominant as shaq was in his prime. In my opinion the only other center in his league is Bill Russel as far as greatest centers go.

I agree. Just look on nba.com and find like history and look at every stat and stuff. I think Bill Russel was up there because he won so many titles.
