actually, the Suns last year if you recall, had a half injured Joe Johnson. He had like 1 eye, half a brain.

Especially without Amere. He hasnt played all season and all of the new guys( Diaw, Jones etc) are not familiar with him on the court. This could mess things up. Look at the past couple games he has played for example. Not a good sign. I hope he'll cut this season and comes back next year and even stronger.

By the way Ben is a fantastic defender :mrgreen:

rongotai... laxation is spot on, big ben is an AMAZING defender!!!! although i agree that laxation is one eyed, he has won 3 of the last 4 DPOY awards, what else do you want? not only is he the best big man stealer in the NBA, but he also blocks like a mother fucker and is probably the best defensive rebounder in the game!!!! he is a defensive presence in the paint to both guards and talls, and has a ring to prove that defense wins championships!

Well it shouldn't really be a big deal that he's not a great one on one defender because he isn't. What Wallace is, is an amazing help, and team defender, rotating, playing the pick and roll, etc etc. Man to man, their's a few big men that are better than him. Kwame is arguably a better man to man defender than Ben. Ben is an above average man to man defender at the C spot, but not some stopper.

I like Big Ben and like his style of his play but I have seen alot of people overrate him as of late ala Laxation

I didnt overrate him because in my opinion, he isnt overrated.
