Isnt it funny how none of you cared that my roster was locked out (with the exception of Air Gordon) becuase it didnt effect you guys (actually it helped you guys). Now that I want to get rid of my star players you all have a bitch about it.

Now, locking out your team's best players for a couple days wasn't the smartest thing to do, but pulling off this trade doesn't make you any better or any less of a hypocrite. This trade would affect the rest of the season while your team was only affected for two days or at most, a week. I have good reason to cry foul here, because nobody is that stupid to accept that kind of trade.

I hate to compare a fantasy basketball league to real life, but what would you do if you saw an old lady being robbed? If you disagree with somthing, then be a fucking man and say somthing. Do somthing. Don't just bite your lip and hope it improves.

As for the trade, I only did it becuase I have zero interest in the league now. I did update and try to improve my team up until it was locked out. But can you blame me for turning my back not only on the league but alot of the owners? I know if somthing like that had happened to Jae, or You, or Nick or anyone I would have said somthing about it. Nick was the only one who came to my defense and said what happened was wrong.

But what I dont understand is you're so willing to bitch about my trade with Nick and yet you said nothing about the locking out of my roster? Cant you see the double standard you are using with this?

I think both you guys have a point but I think for something like someone's roster getting unlocked unfairly, people should say something. I mean how would you like if you had your own roster locked out because you don't get along with the commish over at some message board? I'd be pissed and would have quit the moment that happened

anyway- I sent a bunch of shit offers to everyone to prove a point. LOL i didn't think someone would actually accept.

Earlier in the season OtherKevinsIdiots accidentally accepted one of my offers and the rest of the GM's came to his rescue and vetoed against it (surprisingly since some deals that have happened are shit). This shouldn't be anything different. If Matthew wants to do bad trades, it's in our power to stop him by vetoeing against it

But ah well- it was fun while it lasted before the drama started happening. NLSC fantasy leagues i guess are not meant to be

I figured Matthew wasn't being active in the league so I didn't bother "speaking up" about his roster being locked. As far as I know he only sporadically set his rosters, he never posted in this thread and rarely seemed to add/drop so I put 2 + 2 together and figured he didn't give a shit either way.

Anyways should've predicted it'd end like this. Age isn't always a pre requisite for intelligence or maturity.

i guess gordan is the favorite now with that trade to get Elton Brand for shit.

BTW if you going to lock his team at least give him a PF and a F?

Matt, I apologize but I honestly didn't know what was going on between you and Legend. I thought you two were kidding around or something because I only read a few lines in here about you and him but I didn't really pay attention to it, I did see Air mention something about it in your defense but I failed to really understand what was going on. You were wronged it seems from what I gather and now it seems the entire league has suffered from it. I hate that the league is over because I wanted to see it run it's course. I would hope to be more vocal next time against an injustice, I didn't agree with alot of things Air has brought up about the waivers but he atleast was vocal about his convictions and I commend that, so I would like to have said something in your defense had I actually understood you two were serious (and aware of what was actually going on, I had no real clue) and not joking and that you were locked out. I would hope to participate in a more organized league next season.

I had my team set, and I was waiting for Stackhouse and Bender to return from injuies. I wasn't going to drop them so I just played with them (until bender retired) on the bench.

Dude relax, . Theres no need to apologise. Next season I will be running the NLSC fantasy league. Nick proposed the idea of everyone involved putting money into a pay pal account and the winner takes the pot. That way your finger will say fresh and delicious, uh i mean everyone will stay active .

Well some people (not myself, but by the looks of it amphatoast) put alot of time into his team and tried his best. Standing up for yourself and telling someone (or multiple people) they're wrong isnt being a crybaby.

I suppose, I think I kind of misread the arguements as complaints rather than standing up for ourselves.. my bad..

I thought mine was locked too. I talked to Legend, and he verbally agreed to unlock the teams soon. His actions were out of frustration, but I'm hoping we're able to finish off the rest of the season.

I'm not into giving money for next year's league, either.

Make it $5 for the season. If we get 20 people, that's $100 which sounds like a nice pot. And no, I'm not Jewish.
