True, Rudy is nasty. If he grows some balls he could be a terror a couple years from now.

Allen Houston gets signed and avgs double figures off the bench. T or F Im either way with this, to me it depends on where he goes.

Sat Aug 18, 2007 1:10 pm

False. He will get signed, but wont average double figures.
True or False, Dorell Wright will win Most Improved Player?

Sat Aug 18, 2007 1:12 pm

False.

Bibby will be in a heat uniform before the start of the season.

Sat Aug 18, 2007 1:13 pm

Yes. Rudy already averaged 11 ppg last season so I think after a year of experience and since he's pretty much got the starting job locked up, 16 ppg seems plausible.

(T/F): Al Jefferson will average at least 20 and 10. (By the way, a question cannot be answered with true or false :P )

Sat Aug 18, 2007 1:19 pm

False to Converse.

Gundy yes it can. "Do you think Al Jefferson will blah blah" "Yes, i think thats true, he will".
Anyways, True, Al Jefferson will average 20 and 10.

True or False, Luol Deng will make the All Star team

Sat Aug 18, 2007 1:30 pm

^I meant just a one word answer of "true" or "false". Oh well fuck it, I don't care. :)

Sat Aug 18, 2007 2:13 pm

Haha yeah as i was typing it, i didnt think it sounded very grammatically correct, but i decided that i'd leave it there to see if you would agree or not :P

Sat Aug 18, 2007 3:03 pm

True. Luol Deng could make the all-star team in my opinion (but it'll need the bulls to start off on the right track and make it atop the standings).

T or F: The Celtics big three turn out to be overrated (average less than usual).

Sat Aug 18, 2007 4:11 pm

False. Two letters: KG

T/F Steve Nash 4 MVP?

Sat Aug 18, 2007 4:56 pm

False. It could be someone from Phoenix, more likely Amare than Nash.

T/F Nuggets win NW Division?

Sat Aug 18, 2007 5:04 pm

False. Minnesota, Portland and Seattle are all a year or 2 at least away (Although, Minny could pull a Hornets from a few seasons ago and make some noise), but Denver arent good enough to beat Utah.

True or False
Greg Oden will lead the league in fouls

Sat Aug 18, 2007 5:47 pm

False. Not actually lead but I'm pretty sure he's in the top 10.

There will be a major trade during the season.

Sat Aug 18, 2007 10:02 pm

True. The Celtics will sign Killer, then trade him.

Shaq will improve his stats.

Sun Aug 19, 2007 2:46 am

False, he's getting older

T/F Warriors make the playoffs as 7th or 8th seed?

Sun Aug 19, 2007 3:30 am

True. With the boosted confidence of beating Dallas last year, they should make it, but barely.

Which brings me to my next question:

T/F Dallas flops in the first round again.

Sun Aug 19, 2007 4:19 am

False. Dallas is a true championchip contender imo, and won't make the same mistake again

Reggie will get a ring next season.

Sun Aug 19, 2007 5:08 am

false

blake will be an allstar pg in portland

Sun Aug 19, 2007 5:30 am

They haven't done anything to correct a mistake from the past year.
They still don't have a single player that can effectively stop a slashing player from going to the basket.

2006: they had problems with one slashing player, Dwyane Wade, thus the FT parade.
2007: they had problems with a team that has loads of slashers in Golden State.

False as hell.

(T or F): Josh Smith will average at least 19 ppg, 10 rpg, and 3 bpg.

Sun Aug 19, 2007 7:27 am

True. Smith almost had those averages last year, missing 2.6 ppg/1.4 rpg/0.1 bpg. And don't forget he's going to improve.

T/F Pistons 1st in East again.

Josh Howard?

False, Chi-Town finish first. Pistons will be 2nd.
True or False, Kirk Hinrich has an All Defensive season

True, as usual.

Bobcats make the playoffs as 8th seed.

Sun Aug 19, 2007 12:19 pm

Bobcats make the playoffs as 8th seed.

False.

Will kobe reach 80?

Sun Aug 19, 2007 1:01 pm

False. He's only 28.

T/F, trading Jason Richardson is a much bigger setback than people realize and the Warriors will miss the playoffs because of that. (I say true)

Sun Aug 19, 2007 1:21 pm

True. Jason Richardson is the sexiest man on the planet. Not to mention he was considered one of the most hard working and dedicated Warrior on the team. Wrights nice and all, but he isn't going to give you 20-6 right away.

T/F, Is it really Peanut Butter Jelly Time?
