^^^that list is most accurate IMO.

I think Muggsy was better than Spud. Much more longevity in his career, even had a few double double seasons (I think)... with double digits in points and assists in the middle of his career.

Muggsy versus Spud is an interesting debate. Muggsy did average a double double one season, but Spud was a better scorer.

Spud was a better defender, but Muggsy wasn't bad.

I think I would have to give the slight nod to Muggsy just because of how good he was at running a team. He consistently put up fantastic numbers in the assist category, and his career scoring average can't be much lower then Spud's.

Muggsy Bogues (3)
Nate Robinson (6)
Spud Webb (4)
Earl Boykins (5)
Tim Hardaway (1)
Terrell Brandon (2)

But he was shorter than his listed height. I think that's a fact. He's actually closer to 5'10"

I just wanted to see if anyone would rank him higher than Earl Boykins.

Rashard Lewis (4)
Josh Howard (3)

EDIT: Was gonna start a new thread but this can go in here!

Top Ten Players in the World

^^ That's their opinion... how would u rank the 15 players they have listed?

Wade (8)
James (5)
Bryant (1)
Nowitzki (4)
Nash (7)
Duncan (3)
Iverson (6)
Garnett (2)
Arenas (10)
Anthony (11)
McGrady (9)
Paul (15)
Marion (14)
Pierce (13)
Brand (12)

I guess it depends on what you define as 'best'... for me, I judged by what I think of as what the player has acheived and their talent...

I hope this is great for a discussion :D

... Chris Paul

Sun Oct 15, 2006 11:25 pm

damn your anti- Chris Paul campaign.....CP3 is the truth :P

They should have either Billups or Kidd on that list at the expense of Paul atm.

Even with his natural ability and talent, who plays harder than Wade? Who sacrifices their body more? Who gives more to their team? Others are certainly on the same level in that regard (A.I., KG, etc.), but no one tops Flash.

c'mon, this is bullshit....AI is THAT guy, with perhaps only KG challenging.

So why not the top spot for Kobe? He still has yet to show that he can win without Shaq. A tired storyline, and probably not fair at all, but still true.

neither has Wade....it's a team game, one player can't win it himself.

*jumps on the Arenas bandwagon*

That's why I put him so high

Sun Oct 15, 2006 11:45 pm

That article is just hyping young players. Paul rated a best player already? And god knows Wade isn't the best player in the world... yet, anyway. Where's the good vets? Shaq? He's still one of the best. Allen? Carter?

Bryant
James
Wade
Duncan
Garnett
Nowitzki
Iverson
McGrady
Pierce
Brand
Nash
Anthony
Marion
Arenas
Paul
